We are very lucky to work with Wasin (@wasynical) from Nana Coffee Roasters who has taken out the National Brewers Championship using our original prototype Bouba cups.
Wasin utilised the thin lip in the hot and warm stage to highlight flavour and acidity, then changing to the thick lip to change the structure of the coffee in the cool stage.
Well done again Wasin, we look forward to seeing you crush it on the world stage in Chicago.
